 "B" Partnership in Timberlake includes:

• 10% share of lake, its facilities common areas

• Surveyed jump and slalom courses

• Ski club membership and use of club boat, currently a 2022 Ski Nautique 200,  on a shared cost basis

• Timberlake common area includes the lake, 15ft of the shoreline surrounding the lake, boat house, boat ramp, three docks, one mile walking trail around the lake and campground with electric and water hook-ups.  Trailer available for purchase separately
